About

About the Manongsong Tribe Association

The Manongsong Tribe Association traces its origins to the union of Manongsong, a Native Negrito, and Elizabeth Castellano, a daughter of a Spanish family. Their marriage laid the foundation for a lineage that has since grown and expanded through generations of intermarriages with families across the world. Despite this global spread, the roots of the Manongsong Tribe remain deeply connected to the original Montejar, Malahay, and Gomez families of Guihulngan.

The association was established to preserve and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Manongsong lineage, ensuring that the legacy of Manongsong and Elizabeth continues to thrive. Through reunions, cultural initiatives, and community support programs, the Manongsong Tribe Association aims to strengthen the bonds among its members and pass on the values and traditions of their ancestors to future generations.

Our mission is to leave an indelible mark on the landscape of tomorrow for the Manongsong Tribe in the diaspora.
